Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen).

How to make a return:

  • Contact us at scandifynd@gmail.com and provide your order number.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is well-packaged upon return.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds:

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days.

Claims:

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us immediately and we will assist you with a claim.
